Steve restored my computer back to where it was prior to having it screwed up by another store in Springfield. This was done at no charge. The other store sold me a printer and tried to install it, but couldn't due to viruses. When I picked it up, the printer had been installed but did not work. Took the tower back and was told in needed better security and that was put in, but favorites deleted and email not restored. Steve was happy to restore the missing items. His tech could not find the viruses and I don't have confirmation from the first store they exist.
