My mom's car was hit by one of their clients. After sending requested pictures etc. Fatima Carranza said she can't find the info on their client and now I've been calling since no answer. no return call from messages left. So now I thinking I have to go after the person who hit my car and they can deal with the ppl who robbed them with fake insurance policies (I'm assuming) -5stars
