Used the "Booger Picker" feature giving my height, weight, etc, and was pleasantly surprised by the personally written email I received the next day. Was quoted a board and size that was not only an excellent recommendation, but also not the highest price from the list. Just a fair and honest recommendation (where else will you find this?). Two emails back and forth later, ordered the board, new fins to fit my thicker feet and ankles, and some accessories all for less than I expected to pay going in to the process for just a board. Very personable, very honest, and extremely reasonable. Shipped out quickly, too! Jay and Vicki represent all of the best that gets lost when Mom n Pops lose out to e-commerce. Can't recommend them highly enough!!!!
