I have Eolo for 6 months, already 4 faults 2 remot...

I have Eolo for 6 months, already 4 faults 2 remotely resolved one with intervention after 12 days. For the 4th, they are already waiting for 5 days. that call me by appointment. For 12 days without service I will have a refund of 9 + VAT failure early August reimbursement mid-November ie after 60 days. from the closure and the recognition of guilt. What about judging you.
