Google time is incorrect. Arrived before 10 and there were people already inside. Really cool and something new to experience. Go early to avoid the crowd and long queues into each viewing rooms. Place is dark and could get a bit confusing however that is all about the expereince - being 'borderless'.
Made it easier to pre-purchase reserved tickets online for a specific day - they will send through the ticket via email 24 hours before your reserved date.
