After 20 years using the same home security company, we decided to consider a switch to a different company. Because of positive reviews by our neighbors, we contacted Smith Thompson Home Security. The pleasant and professional conversation we had with the Smith Thompson telephone representative led us to decide to make the switch and to date we are very pleased with our decision. Our monthly cost is reduced and at the same time, we have newly upgraded equipment in our home. And, as an added bonus, we feel that we have experienced an upgrade in terms of customer service. I want to especially mention our technician, Gary, who was courteous, on-time, protective of our floors and personal property while he worked, and thoroughly professional. Gary was careful to explain the similarities and difference in our new equipment and also provided written instructions for future reference.
