Wilhelmina Denver is an extremely professional agency located in a great space. The agents are very transparent about the market and where expectations should be. They have treated me with professionalism and honesty from the start. I really appreciate that. I won't go into my personal success because that's all based on individual motivation and hard work. Reading other reviews here, I can't help but think some people reviewing Wilhelmina Denver are confused over where an agency's role lies in the modelling and talent world. Perhaps these reviewers are just getting started on their modelling/acting journey? Being quite familiar with this industry now, I can honestly say my experience with Wilhelmina Denver has been exceptional. Just like any career path or sport, a person needs to build the skills and acquire the tools necessary to be competitive. Only then will they have standing to be successful. Wilhelmina Denver provides those tools and skills and so much more. I also feel I need to add a reminder to those aspiring to be a model or talent, in that this is a Colorado agency in Colorado -- not New York or Milan or Paris. In a market like Colorado, no agencies advance costs. That's a given. What Wilhelmina Denver does expertly, is link models and talent to clients in Colorado but also, globally. They are very well respected and very well known in this industry. Perhaps this is another instance where people new to the industry don't understand what an agency such as Wilhelmina Denver's role is: they do not determine who clients select for their campaigns or shoots, nor do they prioritize some models over others, nor do they determine who gets an acting role and who doesn't, etc. They link clients to models; the client determines who they want based on their needs. This industry is a business, just like any other. Think of it as such: Wilhelmina Denver provides a wonderful opportunity to acquire a huge array of skills and opportunities, not a guarantee for success as a model or an actor. It's just like graduating from college: the act alone provides opportunities for success but no guarantees. Wilhelmina Denver is driven to help their models and actors succeed, and they have all the connections to clients to help foster that success. Aspiring models should know ahead of time that they need to invest in themselves both with hard work and financially if they ever hope to even have a chance to make it in this industry. Wilhelmina Denver is there to help... and they have helped me tremendously!
