Terrible company. They are a bunch of crooks. Decided to charge me a "deposit" fee of $250 out of nowhere AFTER 7 YEARS of being with them, making it so I couldn't pay my bill and then they disconnected my power. I finally got the absolutely ridiculous amount to turn it back on. Come to find out, they are closed on Friday's.
