I've been a customer of Internode for 5+ years and every time I finish a call with their customer service people, I am amazed by the professionalism and courtesy. Questions are answered with clear information and patience. Thank you to Mark for his gracious help with updating the password to my modem as was recommended by Internode for increasing security. A friend's brother recommended Internode and I am sure glad I took his advice. By a long shot, they provide the best customer service experience. Calls are answered within minutes (many "help-lines" have waiting times of 20 minutes). Unfortunately too many other organisations /businesses don't seem to care their "customer no-service" people are disinterested and abrupt. The care and courtesy with which Internode people treat their customers demonstrates they appreciate the custom. They deserve 10 stars for their excellence.
