My grandmother is currently in this home and so fa...

My grandmother is currently in this home and so far me and my mother are NOT impressed. My grandmother has been through a lot and the way the staff have been treating her is well below any normal persons expectations. Taking 10 minutes to answer her call button, not respecting her as far as her wishes on what to wear and the fact that she moves a little slower than others yet they rush her. Just disappointed. Will be moving her soon if this continues.
