The hostel has nice looks. We had a double room which was very very small and very very loud. You had the feeling the cars and trucks drove and honked right next to your bed. The price was so expensive, but I guess that's normal in SF. I would not recommend the location in downtown if you want to explore the city. I think the region near the coast is much nicer and more convenient. On the plus side there were a lot of restaurants and bars around and the room was clean.
