I have had nothing but issues since day one. I would have expected that this business/spa would have a higher quality of customer service. I was gifted gift cards from family for my bridal shower and it took well over 2 weeks and a run-around with the staff to receive them. After multiple phone calls and speaking with the manager, my Aunt had to personally call to reconfirm purchase when she originally had purchased them in-person. I finally received the cards and an additional $50 gift card for my inconvenience. When I booked my massage, it was began 20 minutes past my appointment time and ended within less than an hour. The masseuse was kind but most of the staff was unwelcoming. When I went to go pay for services, the receptionist took both of my gift cards and provided me with low remaining balance than what I should have received. I had to be reissued yet another gift card for the balance I should have had. Thereafter I booked my husbands mani and pedi in which that was canceled less than 24 hours beforehand. I again I had greater expectations than what this company markets to have.
