When purchasing our R1 the sales person was very misinformed. He had falsely assured us a bidirectional quickshifter from a newer model would fit an older model, it can just be slapped on, which was later proven to be incorrect. Also, they did not lube the chain on our R1 upon sale. So now the brand new bike, coming out of storage, has a rusted over chain. It is disappointing that you cannot trust a dealership. Another issue we ran into is that even though we provided the finance manager the policy number of the insurance, the credit union we went through somehow didn t get it so they plastered us with fines. I would not recommend a dealership like this to anyone, especially if they cannot prepare the bike properly when sold. I will gladly take my business elsewhere purchasing any bikes or parts in the future.
