Ordered food for pickup via phone. Arrived 15 min later, asked the cashier where I could pick up my order. Blank stare. Didn't understand a word I was saying. Told her again I just called and what I ordered. Motions me that pick up is "here". I give up and hope for the best. 10 min. later nothing happens. I am clearly the only customer left waiting but the staff didn't seem to care. Then I notice my order wrapped and ready lying on the counter (this whole time) while staff is cleaning around. I ask if that's my order. She looks at me like I am the Spanish inquisition and hands me the food. Service? Eh eh. Lack of basic communication it is.
