A very bad attitude start from the reception emplo...

A very bad attitude start from the reception employee Afra, regarding the stay of the kids in the room.
The room was full of big black ants.
Asked for additional bottles of water to the room & no one response to the request for three hours, after a complainant, they told me that as per the hotel policy I have to pay for the water.
In regards to the room service, they told that they will come at 07:00 pm to clean the room & nobody snowed up at all.
When I went to the reception to complaint again & I told them based on the poor service quality provided by the hotel, I will never come back, the answer was it is up to you.
At the end, they don't understand service quality & how to satisfy a customer.
It is a nice island, but I will never come back again to bandos island.
