Location is next to the Freedom tower. Hotel is fine but our room smelled a bit. Not enough to make us change but wasnt what I would expect from a W. Staff was so so. Not rude, not overly friendly, just there. I've stayed at 13 different marriott properties around the world including JWs so I think I have a pretty good idea of what to expect.
Parking is expensive but to be expected in nyc.
I normally check out through the Bonvoy app and it was good that I checked because they had charged me for an extra night in one of our rooms. Dont know how that happens but after about a week or so of correspondence, they did correct it. If you can a room at this hotel for the right price it may be worth it.
