If I can give 0 star I will. This hotel just took all excuses to charge you more!
My stay was prepaid but I was still charged more than $515.7 and the hotel said it was a mistake. They promised the full refund but after 2 weeks I only got $401.4 back, missing $114.3!!! The hotel told me that was the breakfast I added, but I did not add a breakfast at all! This breakfast charge is also not on the invoice they gave me at check-out. They just made that up! I called 10 times but the problem is still unsolved! Stay away from this hotel!
