Horrible waiting room. Chairs are uncomfortable & since they all face the glass wall in showroom, its almost impossible to read or work on computer or ipad because the sun is right in your eyes. The only lights to read by are in ceiling & thats not good for reading.
They have changed the way the service associates deal with you. Instead of coming to get you to tell you car is ready, they yell your name out. Everyone turns to look & its just rude.
I had 2 people checking my car in & I wanted to use a coupon. The first man said I had to give it to cashier when I checked out, my advisor, James said to give it to him. James was correct. The other man didnt have a clue & just told me wrong, instead of finding out the correct answer.
I dread going to Alvin Toyota for service, because of the waiting room, but its close to my home.
Im thinking of switching to A different dealer.
