While I always get my car fixed at Nalley Ford and needed to get some big things done to my car I was shocked when I picked up my car after hours and say the detailed receipt on my seat. When they sent me the initial service request to approve it showed the prices for each item but did not break down the part versus labor cost. My total bill was $1190 and of that $1190, $760 was labor. While I understand it is hard work I think the labor cost to be 2/3 of a bill is an extreme. I typically do t like getting work done at dealerships because they over charge for labor but since I have a warranty on my car I had no choice unless I break it. I thought my battery was covered since we paid for an extended warranty but they claim battery is not included in extended warranty and they only have a 3 year /36,000 mile warranty on them and I had just missed it by 10,000 miles. These dealerships know exactly how long it takes for their parts to break and make the the warranty end before it so you still get stuck paying it. While I would love to give a 5 star review for their professionalism and kindness I have to rate three starts for the price of the bill.
