Service Dept customer service rep was mostly helpful. However, when I arrived to pick up my truck, I was presented with a bill that was $400 more than the estimate I approved via THD online quote system. The rep did change the bill to within $30 of the quoted amount, but why did it change to begin with? I didn t receive a call or any notification, just a much higher bill. One of the reasons I took the truck in was because the stop/start wasn t working. They said that I needed a new battery. I purchased the new battery ($270 installed) but the system still doesn t work.
I purchased the truck from this dealer and that too was a much more difficult experience than it needed to be. They tried changing the agreed upon price for the truck three times. One of which was because they told me that an additional fee was involved when a customer pays 100% cash.
