Had a few issues on renewal, don't reply to correspondence which if I hadn't followed up with a phone call to check forms received I would have been out of the time limit for an agreed valuation.
Took ages to get through to customer services on each occasion and very limited knowledge by the agent when I was trying to get answers.
Forms that were supposed to be emailed never arrived.
Postage of documents takes over a week!
