I called midway services and was told by Dave that there people were better than many others. I gave him a check for half down 2900 to redo both bathrooms and to do drywall work on living room and daughters room. They came out and ripped the toilets out. I was told it I would be without toilets for 2 days. I had a hotel room reserved for 5 days which was the total time I was guaranteed the project would take. The tiler came in to tile which took 2 days. I have a real small bathroom?? Next the plumber was supposed to be there at 8 a.m shows up at 2p.m.??? He is there an hour and says he needs a part that he does not have. I ask him if he is going to get it and he says he has to go he is having work done on his house and he has to avoid traffic??? Next day the tiler comes and says he is doing plumbing. He said he knows nothing about plumbing. He calls Dave who was trying to explain this over the phone??? He could not figure it out and he left. The drywallers who where there did not have all there drywall dropped off as they said Dave was supposed to do it. No baseboards for a week and the drywallers were gone already. My bathroom has no baseboards still 9 months later. The last plumber told Dave on the phone I think they might sue us for breach of contract. Tried to call Dave for days and went to voicemail. One of his guys called and he picked it up right away?? Worst company ever!!!!! I am down 2900 dollars and my bathrooms are not finished. On day 18 Dave shows up for the last half of the project and I said it s not even halfway done. He acted surprised and I told him to get out. I would expect a refund for my 2900 dollars!!!!! If this company were smart they would fire Dave. I was guaranteed 7 days of work and 18 days later not even close. If this is not resolved soon I will go to the BBB the attorney general Pam Bondi and social media as well as new stations who can help with this. I have been real sick ever since the work was done here. I spent 700 additional dollars for a hotel to house my kids,grandkids, and pets. My wife was out of town for two weeks and just cried. Owner of midway I as well as others are waiting for your response immediately on this website. Supposed to be a family business so be one and take care of your customer
