On a recent bike vacation, I discovered I forgot to put the oil fill cap back on my wife's Spyder RT(dumb I know). I was 1500 miles from home and no dealership would stock this item. It was Thursday and I called PS of Greenville and asked them if the could order one and overnight it for a Saturday delivery(which I paid for the overnight Saturday charge happily) and I will pick it up, they assured me that was not a problem. I was 3 hours away and had a brother I was going to visit in the area. I showed up Saturday and discovered the part was not in. Can Am's fault, not PS of Greenville. The only way to check oil level is with this part. The parts man reacted quickly and found a Spyder RT being serviced and offered to give me the oil fill cap of the service Spyder and when the part get's in on Tuesday, they will replace it since I could not wait around until Tuesday. They put the customer's need first and being a motorcycle rider for the past 40 some years, this is hard to come by. Thanx so much for removing my stress caused by my own stupidity.
