I was such a nervous Nelly, but Howard (salesperson) was very patient. He really listened to me and took the time to explain every part of the process. I have exactly the car I wanted and am very happy with the service and care (from design center to service center to financing) from the moment I walked through the doors till the moment I drove away in my new vehicle.
