Even though Jack Hayley & his elder son have gone to their reward, RIP, Tim Haylely has taken the riens of head of the Hayley Clan & runs Captain Jacks just as it always has been run as one of the finist restaurant in S. California. 5 stars everytime. Maybe I can talk him into starting up the kite contest again. Its teams from all the other stake houses compete for the grand prize, the best team of employees, therefore the best team of employees to serve you.
