This document is an extremely important part of your lease. You will need proof of the condition of the property when you moved in. Focus on when you move out - You Want Your Full Bond Refunded. Document, photograph and print ALL of your correspondence. This will help you when you exit the property and will provide the documented evidence that you need to get your bond back.
