If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Buying a ring here was a horrible experience and led to us returning my engagement ring. My fiance and I went in months before he proposed and picked out a custom ring. When he ordered it, THEY made the mistake and ordered the wrong metal, white gold instead of rose gold and just told him, "maybe she'll like this better." He proposed to me with the white gold ring while the rose gold ring was supposedly getting ordered. The ring was also a half size too big, and they were supposed to be ordering the smaller size. After a month of wearing the white gold ring, they reportedly had the rose gold ring in, but the wrong size. After TWO more weeks of waiting, they told us the right ring was in. We went to the store, picked it up and left. It was rose gold, however, after two weeks of wearing it, I knew something wasn't right. We took it to another store and had them measure it, and, come to find out, it was still the bigger size and had never been resized as we were not only told, but waited weeks for. We called, once again, to have the issue resolved. They told us to bring the ring in the next day to have it sized right. After we got the ring back, I noticed the metal was now two different colors. I took it into yet another store and after the jeweler looked at it, told me the ring was actually a WHITE GOLD ring that had been plated to look rose gold. We had the same ring the entire time, so I'm still not exactly sure what took so long each time they were supposedly "resolving the issues." Not only did we have to wait weeks and weeks to get what we paid for, we were lied to. Not once did anyone from the store apologize to us or try and accommodate for their poor customer service or fraud jewelry. The whole thing was a scam and if that is the way they do business, they don't deserve to even be IN business. DO NOT do business here!!
