Very dissapointed with the customer service depart...
Very dissapointed with the customer service department. I had no problem ordering the items but when things arrived damaged/faulty I had no end of problems trying to arrange a replacement, arranging a a partial refund due to the item being damaged by the delivery drivers.
The customer services department failed to call me back on several occasions and it was only after a nearly two weeks did matters get finally resolved.
I was always told someone would call me back but they never did . I had to phone so many times and recieved a frosty and abrut response. I would personally avoid ME. They maybe cheap, but John Lewis will price match and should anything go wrong they will look after you.
I have dealt with many companies during my current project and I have never experienced such awful aftercare service.
