Big two thumbs DOWN.

Very VERY unaccommodating management at this hotel. Had an issue with booking based on a discrepancy on their website and the management literally said "There is nothing we can do for you". Very unfortunate since it does look like a great hotel.

Had to cancel our entire trip because of this.

Will not be using Hyatt ever again.
