This past Saturday, Jim Carstensen (who was referred to me by another employye named Bill)andDavid (manager) helped fix my broken fishing rod (replacing a broken shaft/top) in the store while also helping me set up a fly and bobber leader to use with my spin cast reel again on the floor.
