These have got to be the worst solicitors ever.......

These have got to be the worst solicitors ever.... Phoned dont know how many times ??? Numerouse emails/messages??? finally got through to a receptionist yesterday who told me she would send an internal memo to our case handler as she couldn't get through to her by phone herself?? ... Still nothing??? All we want is an update on our case and an appointment re arranging from summer last year... If your thinking about using these dont bother???
