Took my 2017 Sienna for its 15,000 mile check, and asked them to look at rear door and sliding doors as they creek and struggle like they are gunked up and need to be lubed, as well as seat track caps coming loose. Service staff were friendly enough, and service was completed quickly. I was told that they didn t lube the doors because they didn t find a problem. I guess my word isn t enough to get service. I was told that the track caps were fixed, but when the van was returned they were not. The attendent noticed right away, and said he would take it back right away, he ended up fixing it himself. The service rep did apologize though it makes me question if they did anything at all.
