Clean, large rooms with super comfortable beds and the wonderful pillows. Cell reception is sketchy and elevators are slow/glitchy, but it's not too annoying. The loss of star is because there is no coffee in the rooms. Come on! Get nespresso machines for each room. Learn from the Europeans who do hotels with that extra touch.
