Things I liked about this place - vibe, specialty coffee, the Sammie, the toast, people watching

Things that annoyed me - the crowds, the people sitting across from having the most annoying conversation in the history of eating out, the scrambling to get a seat, and the fact they run out of Sammie's.

Seems more good than not. 3.75 stars.
