In a nutshell, I have been at Spectrum as Senior PHP Developer for almost three years now. In this span of time, what I loved about Spectrum is the flexibility of work time, understanding and recognition of ideas and efforts one stands to gain.

Also, in the three years I have been exposed to various kinds of projects which has challenged and sharpened my developing skills.
