Where to start..... well, my 2017 Ram 2500 went in...

Where to start..... well, my 2017 Ram 2500 went in for service right off the show room floor. I didn t want to take it to the dealer that I bought it from due to them being a distance out of town. I took it to withnell and they fixed the problem. Upon fixing the problem, they damaged 6 of my trim panels. I went in and the service manager Mark looked at them and agreed that they damaged them. He said they would replace them, I took it back in and they didn t fix half of them. I called corporate and complained. Then the service manager called me again and agreed that they weren t replaced, he offered to write me a check, to go somewhere else and have the work done. Really? What kind of service is that? Like you damage my brand new truck and then try to pay me to go somewhere else? Trust me people, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND BUY YOUR FUTURE CARS AND SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM WITHNELL!
