I will never order here online again. Orders are sent with Red Je Pakketje. This name couldn't be more appropriate, it took a long time to indeed save my package. It is also not stated anywhere in the order that the order will only be delivered in the evening. Then they don't show up, and I have to call after them myself. Then also takes more than 20 minutes. And ikea does nothing about this at all. Very bad customer service help! Not recommended!
