We only came to Club Balai Isabel to try out the Aqua Park. We purchased Day Tour tickets that included an hour of fun at the Aqua Park but also allowed you the use of the swimming pools and other amenities at cost.

First impression of the area was that they needed better landscaping. I was feeling a bit claustrophobic from the overgrown plants everywhere. You can also get lost wandering around if you're not careful. The Aqua Park wasn't in any of the signages except for where it was close to.

A big plus goes to their Security Guards who were willing to help, courteous, pleasant and just plain good guys!

We weren't told at the front desk that the Aqua Park closes but opens at 1PM. We didn't want to try it at that time though because that was too hot. We spent our time at the pool close to it. I suppose since they cater to checked-in guests more than day visitors, there weren't changing rooms or shower rooms near the pool. We had to change in the comfort rooms.

The aqua park was okay. Props to the "Kuyas" who accompany the people through the park. They can pick you up when you fall in the water and when you can't even manage the course haha One hour is certainly more than enough. I couldn't even last 30 minutes.

I found out that there were shower rooms but it's quite a walk and they looked like they haven't been used lately. But they do the job.
