Can't believe I went to medical records at this f...

Can't believe I went to medical records at this facility and they charged me 35 cents a page for a copy of my MRI report.. !!
Good God I think they were paid $1,500 or more for the procedure!!
It's not the amount charged but the fact they would have the audacity to charge anything.!!
Then I only had a $10 bill and the lady said she couldn't accept it.. luckily a young lady was kind of enough to front it ... if they are going to charge people they need to have change on hand..
They need to reconsider their flawed policy and the poor implementation and management of such a bogus policy
