These are the words that I would use to describe the difference my water softener has made to both my husband and myself. Just had the unit fitted yesterday and the quality of the water is like silk. Masses of lather in the shower, my laundry is so soft, and no sign of the dreaded lime scale that we have been enduring since moving to a hard water area.
