Amazing, customer-oriented service. I brought my malfunctioning laptop to James at Doctor Mac on a Friday. James was very kind and understanding and worked hard to resolve the issue. He called several times during the process to keep me informed of what he was doing, and had my machine in better-than-ever condition by the next afternoon. For all the trouble they went through, the speed of their work and the emotional pain they saved me, the price was very reasonable.

I am so incredibly thankful that Doctor Mac is right in town, open, and happy to serve the community, even in this current crisis. Just fill out the contact form on their site and follow the sign on their door they have it all figured out. Highly recommend Doctor Mac and would happily return.
