This is the only recruitment agency I'd recommend in Leeds. Having been made redundant from a job I spoke to dozens of recruiters and agencies around the UK. I met with some to register but all but one of them was a waste of my time. I dealt with Laura Hodge here and after initially meeting and chatting about my ideal next steps, over the space of 3-4 months she offered me various roles and lined up a number of interviews. Each time she was very thorough in explaining the role, the company and sent me job descriptions - something very few recruiters bothered to do. Even when I turned down roles she offered she kept coming back with more. Every other recruiter I spoke to had one role then weren't interested, but not Laura. She worked for me and helped my along my path to finding the perfect next position. Although Laura didn't ultimately find me my current role, her professionalism and personable approach really stood out to me. As a former agency recruiter myself It was great to see that there are still great ones out there amongst the huge sea of bog standard robotic recruiters.
