Iconic place in New York city. Famous for their mountain high pastrami sandwich (and also for a particular scene in "when Harry met Sally"). They have a cutting station where u meet the guy who's making your sandwich. While engaging in a small conversation,he will also give you tasting of the meat. I was lucky enough to sit on the same exact table where the movie scene was shot..Everything tasted so good..The pastrami was amazing. It was fun to look at the pictures of whoever famous ate there. My only problem is the staff that works there (aside from the cutters) they are rude and expect you to eat and leave right away..They literally came to my table right after I finished chewing my last piece asking me if I was ready to leave. But based only on the food,this place deserve all the success they are having.
P.s don't lose the ticket they give when u enter or you will pay a pricey fee (I believe $50)
