Great local business with awesome staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with Computer Innovations and will seek their store over big-box stores for my needs. It was well worth the 2 hour trip to Springfield. I'm very happy with my system and hope to do more business with them when I can!

You always get more "bang for your buck" with custom built systems AND they have an awesome warranty for complete tower systems they build.

Me: 15+ year IT career in computer systems and network administration. Intermediate to advanced level expertise in troubleshooting, fixing, and building systems.

I was on the hunt for a new computer that supported some specific use-cases for me (onboard NVMe support, boot from NVMe, and multiple PCIe x4, x8, or x16 slots for a 10Gb card and USB 3.1, potentially the NVMe). In searching pre-built systems at the big-box stores I wasn't finding anything in a decent price-range (and even these didn't have EVERYTHING I needed). So, I went to Springfield to shop out a better pre-built system or gather parts to custom build something. I opted for the latter once I saw their selection of new computer parts. They made some suggestions that I hadn't thought of and understood all of my needs completely. They didn't try to up-sell me, but gave me the correct information for my situation.

Although I am able to build systems I opted to have them build it while I did some other shopping in Springfield. I appreciate the care that they put into the details.
