Toyota City transferred the car we wanted to buy to another dealership, and offered us a similar model for $3000 more. I verified this by looking up the VIN number and finding the model we wanted at a dealership in Burnsville. Car buying is difficult enough without the sales teams pulling a bait and switch. I'll never buy a car here again.
