Mike the sales associate was great at explaining how the installation would help with the humidity in our crawl space and in our house.
The day of the insulation, Freddy and his crew were on time and throughly explained how they would install the necessary equipment needed to encapsulate our crawl space. Freddy and his crew answered all of our questions and explained how the dehumidifier operates. They were able to encapsulate our crawl space in two days instead of the three they estimated it would take.
I highly recommend if you are have humidity issues in your crawl space.
