Do not book excursions through them. It is a scam. The excursion left 45 mins after the ship arrived and it was impossible to get to the location as it was 10 mins outside the dock. The staff onsite had no alternatives other than "the excursion has left". I got a 40% refund after calling in but my advise is to either book it through your cruise line (so departure is guaranteed) or book it locally upon arrival. In the end we booked it locally for $150 for 5 people compared to $300 we had paid.
