What a great location and the staff are so wonderful! i am terrible with names, but the woman that was at the desk at 9:30 am on 12/09 was tremendous! She went well beyond what would be acquired of her. We really appreciated the extra effort!
Our room was spacious, clean and housekeeping was very accommodating. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn breakfast, which is fine, as long as the coffee is flowing I am happy!
The location is perfect, just steps to Seaworld and basically it is right between Universal and Disney. We used UberXL for around $10 oneway to both parks.
