My LG G4 had the bootloop problem - was directed by LG to send phone to FutureTel - sent on a Wednesday - received by FutureTel the following day - Purolator delivered phone back to me the next Monday morning - Fix time was excellent, packaging was excellent and phone working perfectly.
E-mailed a question to FutureTel late one night and got answer next morning, so good response time with customer service.
