Good hotel near the convention center and marina. Terrific views from the upper floors in either tower. The rooms were nicely done with large 50" LG TVs with built-in Chromecast (nice) The hotel often hosts large parties and can get quite busy. Not uncommon to have to wait for the elevators or valet parking. Self parking is a disaster and should be avoided. Tight parking and acess trouble with the room keys. Great location, close to shopping, Little Italy, Gaslamp, marina. The pool is not nearly as nice as it should be. The Marriott next door is much nicer. All in all i like staying at the Hyatt, this was our third time.
